Sales Terms for Plutteplassen
Parter
The seller is Plutteplassen AS, organization number 981668499, hereinafter referred to as "Plutteplassen".
The buyer is the person who places the order, hereinafter referred to as "the customer".
Betaling
Payment is made through the available payment methods in the online store, including Vipps, card payment, and any other payment solutions offered at checkout.
When purchasing a membership, the subscription is automatically charged every month until the membership is cancelled by the customer.
All prices are quoted in Norwegian kroner (NOK) and include VAT where applicable.
Delivery
Plutteplassen offers digital services in the form of memberships and booking of visiting hours.
Bookings are confirmed after payment is completed, and the customer receives a confirmation by e-mail.
Membership is activated immediately after purchase, unless otherwise stated.
Right of withdrawal
Ved kjøp av digitale tjenester som medlemskap og booking samtykker kunden til at leveransen starter umiddelbart etter kjøp.
Angreretten bortfaller dermed i henhold til angrerettloven § 22 bokstav n.
Retur
Digital services, memberships, or booked visits are non-refundable.
Advance bookings can be rescheduled or canceled up to 24 hours before the visit. No refund will be given for cancellations made later than this.
Complaint handling
If the customer experiences errors with booking, payment or membership, we ask that Plutteplassen be contacted as soon as possible at hei@plutteplassen.no.
We process all inquiries continuously and try to find a good solution for both parties.
Conflict Resolution
Complaints should be directed to Plutteplassen within a reasonable time.
If the parties do not reach an agreement, the customer may contact the Norwegian Consumer Authority for mediation via www.forbrukertilsynet.no.
Disputes should be sought to be resolved amicably.
